  BEWARE OF SPOKANE PUMP REPAIR'S UNETHICAL BILLING PRACTICES. We have experienced horribly unethical customer service and billing issues with this company since having them out to our house in April 2015 after a tractor working our field cut through the electrical wires leading to our well/pump and left us without running water. We were charged $380 for less than 30 minutes of service. They made two simple repairs and used some of our own parts that we had on hand to repair the problem with our pump and charged us for 1.5 total hours of service time at $217/hour. We attempted to contact them by phone and email several times to speak with them about the discrepancy in billing hours and we received no response until two weeks later when we were informed that we were being turned over to collections. We were never quoted an hourly rate and, upon completion of their service call when asked how much we owed them, they declined to provide us with an invoice. We received the invoice later that day electronically. We have gone out of our way to work with this company to resolve the issue, but Spokane Pump Repair has been unwilling to even speak with us on the phone. We have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

  Stars for service but double, almost triple, the competition bids. Making a profit is great, but taking advantage of home owners in need is a good way not to get anymore business. They got the job done, but now I have buyers remorse. Would not recommend.
