  Great customer service and excellent quality work.
  Our garage door broke Sunday morning to the point where it wouldn’t even shut manually. With a half open garage in the middle of winter, I called calling around. Every other place either didn’t do Sunday calls or charged $200+ just to come look on a weekend (one even routed me though a call center in Missouri..)
  When I called Precision, a real person in Spokane answered the phone. She put me at ease immediately and got me a tech that afternoon for a reasonable service fee.
  Our technician, Adrian, was both knowledgeable and kind. He made sure we knew exactly what our options were and was upfront about pricing. He showed us how to secure the garage that night and had the job completed the very next day. Happy to say we are Precision customers for life!
